FOR YOUR NEXT INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP
One workshop.
One clear time.
Turn a host's local time into a calendar file your audience can import. Preview the time zones and catch missing or repeated times when clocks change.
No signup. No payment. Your event details stay in this browser.
Set the host's time
Use a city time zone, not a fixed abbreviation like EST.
Your invite, checked
Preview first. Then download and test the import.
Pick the host's time
Your UTC time, audience preview, and downloads will appear here.
A calendar file can help participants see their own local time. It does not send invitations or updates.
Import into your calendar and check the date, time and link before sharing. Repeat imports may create duplicates. Changes here do not update files already shared.
WHAT THIS CHECKS
Small, useful preflight
Checks title, date, duration, HTTPS link format, and whether the chosen local time is missing or repeated. Generates one event with UTC start and end.
It cannot confirm a meeting link works or that every calendar app imports perfectly. Time-zone rules come from your browser and may change. Recheck future events.
PRIVACY & SCOPE
You control the details
No event uploads, analytics, cookies, account, or saved event storage. Clearing removes the page's current details; reload or close the page when done. Event details are included in the files you choose to share.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes network connection metadata and may retain service logs. No whole-network zero-log promise. There is no recurring-event support, automated sending, booking, or payment.
